ADVANCED ELITE: AGE 10 – 12 (5 times Practice per week)
This is teaching level where the main objective is to help perfect the fundamentals
Of competitive Swimming that is needed to progress to higher level. Swimmer training involves learning of mastering of advanced turns and stroke drills, basic race a strategy. In this level swimmers will continue to refine the four competitive strokes and begin to develop the training background required for our Elite group.
Swimmers are willing to work hard daily, and, consistently, in order to achieve their high performance and their goals. Some of the athletes in this group are being introduced to the Provincial Level in swimming, and are working forwards developing skills that will allow them to compete at this Level.

ADVANCED ELITE Group Swimmers Package hours:
- 5 – Times per week, 50 hours per Month (30 min. Dray Land plus Two hours practice in water)
- 4 – Times per week, 40 hours per Month (30 min. Dray Land plus Two hours practice in water)
- 3 – Times per week, 30 hours per Month (30 min. Dray Land plus Two hours practice in water )
