INTERMEDIATE: AGE 9 – 10 and AGE 11 – 13
Intermediate level is aimed for one goal – oriented athletes, who will further improve. There swimming techniques and racing qualities. Of competitive swimming that is needed to progress to higher level. In this level swimmers will continue to refine the four competitive strokes and begin to develop the training background required for our Advanced and Elite group.
This is teaching level where the main objective is to help perfect the fundamentals
Of competitive Swimming that is needed to progress to higher level. Swimmer training involves learning of mastering of advanced turns and stroke drills, basic race a strategy. In this level swimmers will continue to refine the four competitive strokes and begin to develop the training background required for our Elite group.

INTERMEDIATE Group Swimmers Package hours:
- 4 – Times per week, 24 hours per Month (30 min. Dray Land plus One hour practice in water)
- 3 – Times per week, 18 hours per Month (30 min. Dray Land plus One hour practice in water)
- 2 – Times per week, 14 hours per Month (30 min. Dray Land plus One hour practice in water)
